He works in the areas of Corporate Law, Contracts, Corporate Litigation and Immigration. He was admitted to New York State Bar and Federal Courts of Eastern and Southern District of New York. He has more than twenty years experience in Contracts, Corporate and Business Transactions. He received his L.L-B Degree from Meerut University, India and Special courses in Corporate Law, Commercial Transactions, International Business Transactions and Immigration from New York Law School in New York. He started his career working in Company law and Contracts. He also has a Masters Degree in Chemistry from Meerut University. Later he joined a Publishing Company specializing in University Level Text Books in Chemistry, Math, Economics, Law and Administration. He is familiar with all the phases of various Business Transactions, Intellectual Property and Corporate work in USA as he worked on different assignments since last ten years. He successfully litigated a number of Corporate and Contract cases in Federal and State Courts.
